NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Country State of Mind Hank Williams Jr. Meet & Greet Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Country State of Mind (the "Sponsor") are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsorship
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Country State of Mind ("Sponsor"), operating via www.countrystateofmind.com.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on July 23, 2026, at 7:00 AM CST and ending on July 27, 2026, at 7:00 AM CST (the "Entry Period"). All online entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must submit an entry using the online form provided at www.countrystateofmind.com. You will be asked to specify your preferred concert location.
● Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. Entering multiple times using different email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details and Restrictions
A total of ten (10) winners will be selected to receive a pre-show Meet & Greet pass for the winner, plus one (1) guest pass, for Hank Williams Jr. at one of the following concert locations:
● Gilford, NH (July 31, 2026): Five (5) winners will be chosen.
● Bangor, ME (August 1, 2026): Five (5) winners will be chosen.
CRITICAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
● Tickets Not Included: Concert tickets are strictly NOT included in this giveaway. The prize consists only of the Pre-concert Meet & Greet passes. Winners and their guests must already possess or separately purchase a valid ticket to the concert to utilize the Meet & Greet passes.
● Non-Transferable: The passes issued to the winner are strictly non-transferable and therefore cannot be sold, auctioned, or traded. No cash or other substitutions are permitted.
● Logistics: Instructions for the meeting location will be provided to the winners prior to the concert dates. Winners are solely responsible for their own transportation, parking, lodging, and any other expenses associated with attending the event.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received for each respective concert location.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. Winners will be announced on social media and notified via email or phone before the end of the day on July 27, 2026.
If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Country State of Mind LLC, Hank Williams Jr., the concert venues, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
